Lauren returned to Mobile after completing law school and clerked with the Mobile County Circuit Court Judge James T. Patterson until beginning her trial practice in February 2021. Since beginning her practice, she has had the opportunity to gain litigation experience handling insurance defense cases, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and liability claims, particularly in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, premises liability, wrongful death, workers compensation, breach of contract, general liability, and complex litigation.

In the three years she has been practicing, Lauren has been first chair in four (4) solo jury trials and over thirty (30) bench trials. She has also actively participated in mediations, depositions, discovery, motions practice, and has served as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem.

Lauren approaches each case with a mindset that always puts the client’s needs first through proactive communication, collaborative efforts, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving client objectives efficiently. Lauren’s proactive communication with clients involves regular updates and ensuring their involvement in key decisions throughout the legal process. Lauren handles each case with a methodological approach while crafting effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.

Lauren is a native of Mobile, Alabama and has lived in Mobile for the majority of her life. Along with her two siblings, Lauren comes from a diverse background—her mother is from Mobile, Alabama, and her father is from southern India. Lauren has visited India four times and looks forward to returning to visit family soon.

Lauren enjoys playing tennis and is on multiple Mobile teams. She is also part of a kickball league. Lauren is a daughter, sister, and aunt to a nephew and niece she adores. She enjoys traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. Lauren is actively involved with the Young Lawyers division of the local Mobile Bar Association, and she attends almost every event that the organization hosts.
