Alicia R. Aguillard is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from Dillard University in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology/Criminal Justice. After completing her undergraduate studies, Alicia received a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southern University at New Orleans. Alicia earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law in May 2015. During her time at Loyola, Alicia served as a student practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Criminal Defense Law Clinic. Alicia also served as a member of the Public Interest Law Journal, the Black Law Student Association, and Moot Court.

After graduating from law school, Alicia gained valuable experience as an in-house attorney with GEICO. She currently concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense, professional liability, premises liability and construction litigation.

Alicia is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana state courts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Alicia is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and The Martinet Legal Society.
