For more than 24 years, across a broad spectrum of business enterprises, Lance Bolds has served as a trusted advisor with outstanding communications, client service, and relationship management skills delivering innovative legal solutions and resourceful business strategies.
Having served various roles in the in-house legal departments at major energy and construction companies, including Chief Legal Officer, Lance is well-versed in the areas of corporate transactions, employment law, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage issues. He enjoys utilizing his wealth of experience to help his clients make strategic decisions that positively impact their bottom line.
Lance is also a certified and experienced mediator, licensed by the AA White School of Dispute Resolution.
In his free time, Lance is an avid table tennis and pickleball player. His competitive abilities and strategy are unassuming but competitively effective.

- Lance has guided matters to verdict in breach of contract, class action labor claims, personal injury, and patent disputes, and resolved hundreds of other matters. He has the experience to provide the best options for resolution.
- Lance’s real-world operational experience in business transactional matters such as banking, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, insurance coverages, domestic and international oil and gas, general construction projects, and personal injury matters makes for cost-effective representation.
- Lance has significant experience drafting and analyzing contracts such as master service agreements, asset and stock purchase/sale agreements, time charters, bareboat charter agreements, and teaming agreements. He regularly advises clients on the validity and enforceability of additional insured and contractual defense and indemnity language.
- Lance advises companies on regulatory compliance, logistics engagements, and employment matters before state and federal agencies.
- Lance has guided a landmark case through Article III courts and the patent office all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court for a successful 7-2 decision.
