Focusing primarily on property and casualty litigation, Brian has defended insurers in state and federal courts throughout Texas in hundreds of cases concerning windstorm, hailstorm, hurricane, fire, and flood claims for residential and commercial properties. Brian has a diverse civil litigation background, and also represents companies in disputes related to premises liability, catastrophic personal injury and trucking accidents, life insurance, homeowner’s associations, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour class actions and collective actions, and labor and employment contracts.

A Houston native and an avid science fiction fan, when not in the office, Brian can usually be found reading one of his favorite novels or series, or trying his hand at writing his own. He is also an active musician, and has been playing and creating music since the age of six.
