OVERVIEW
Patrick is a voracious defender of his clients and is more than willing to do everything in his power to fight for them. He treats all cases as if they will proceed to trial from the outset and prides himself on being prepared for anything that may arise at any point in litigation. While Patrick employs a law of economics approach to his practice – looking to achieve the most cost-effective resolution of a case for his clients – he understands the importance of putting his foot down when an opposition is looking to leverage the existence of litigation as a means for obtaining an unjust windfall. He is willing to go to court and fight for an equitable and just resolution of any dispute.
Patrick’s practice focuses primarily on civil defense in both the coverage and litigation sectors. In the past, he has successfully represented insurers and insureds in personal injury, breach of contract, construction, motor vehicle accident, and first-party property cases, among many others. Patrick utilizes a hands-on approach to his practice and believes in maintaining a consistent line of communication with his clients to ensure effective representation. Clients should expect practical, efficient, and reasonable representation geared towards discovering the most beneficial and cost-effective resolution to any potential dispute.
Patrick was born and raised in the New Orleans metropolitan area and is a lifelong fan of the LSU Tigers and both the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. When not working, he enjoys doing anything he can to get outside – playing sports, going to festivals/concerts, and spending time with his friends. He also loves to travel whenever he can and hopes to one day make it to Europe in the near future.
