Jaime K. Quezon

OVERVIEW

Jaime Quezon knows that timely and through investigation of all issues and friendly, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel alike are essential to successful, cost-effective litigation. With that knowledge, Jaime strives to achieve the quick, positive results his clients expect.

Jaime focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on general negligence and premises liability defense and property insurance. He represents his clients in first- and third-party claims and coverage matters throughout Florida, as well as personal injury claims, and manages claims at all stages, from first notice of loss through trial.

Jaime is a native of Tampa, Florida. As a Type-1 diabetic himself, Jaime has been active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for years. When not advocating for clients, he relishes spending time with his young son.

Representative Matters

•  Obtained dismissal of lawsuit following the preparation and filing of a motion for summary judgment in a matter in which nearly $100,000 was in dispute.
• Obtained summary judgment on behalf of an insurance company for alleged damages that were excluded by the applicable policy.
