Joshua Sins’ commitment to his clients goes beyond simply handling their cases, by regularly providing them with advice and counsel on the implementation of best practices regarding their specific day-to-day operations.  His clients have praised him for his attentiveness and responsiveness, as well as noting the ease he provides in working with opposing counsel.

Joshua works with clients in the construction, retail, trucking spaces and longshore maritime, as well as many others, and focuses his practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment law, insurance coverage and defense, premises liability, workers’ compensation and subrogation.  He has experience handling matters at the state and federal level, from dispute resolution to trial, and through the appellate process.
