Kaitlin Mosher believes that the keys to being a successful litigator are thorough, careful analysis of claims and issues, effective communication, and strong settlement negotiation skills to obtain desired outcomes for her clients. She manages the entire litigation process on behalf of her clients, committed to achieving the successful results they need.

Kaitlin’s primary focus is on civil litigation in state and federal court with an emphasis on property insurance claims, general negligence premises liability defense, and insurance coverage. Throughout Florida, Kaitlin has argued and obtained multiple dismissals without monies paid in first-party property matters. She also handles third-party claims and coverage matters.

Kaitlin was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. When not busy advocating on behalf of her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, her friends, and her dog, Cami.

• Assisted in obtaining a favorable settlement for pennies on the dollar in a builder’s risk policy case after completing discovery and in-depth independent investigations and presenting the findings at mediation.
