With his background in complex corporate litigation, Kevin Cabrera’s primary objective is to provide competent legal analysis and advice on any issue a client may have. • Obtained summary judgment in favor of an insurer based on material misrepresentations made by an insured throughout the insurer’s investigation that initially resulted in an appraisal award.
• Successfully defended a summary judgment before Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal involving material misrepresentations made by the insured during the insurer’s claim investigation.
