Kevin Fouquier is an associate in Galloway’s Lafayette, Louisiana office. Prior to joining Galloway, Kevin was recruited to work on a special federal white collar crime project in preparation for trial wherein he assisted with complex litigation preparation, planning and attending hearings, and legal research.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science Pre-Law from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. During this time, he was also a Division 1 Student Athlete and played linebacker for the Ragin Cajun football team where he was a three-time New Orleans Bowl champion. He then received his Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he served as Vice President of the Law Center’s golf club. He was also a member of the ABA Negotiations Team.

While in law school, Kevin served in the legislative capacity as an assistant to the Acadiana Delegation, Rural Caucus, personal assistant to Lobbyist Ginger Corley, coordinator to the United States Senate Campaign, and senate aide to Louisiana State Senate President Page Cortez and Judge Jonathan Perry who now sits on the Louisiana 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals during his last term in office. Kevin has also served as an extern in the Louisiana 1st Circuit Court of Appeals to Judge Guy Holdridge.

Kevin takes pride in giving back, and enjoys being involved in the Lafayette community where he resides with his wife Mia and their daughter Ava.
