Lara Breslow strives to always be the most prepared and knowledgeable advocate in the room. As a former trial and appellate prosecutor, Lara applies the same zeal, diligence, and care for every client and case as she did working on behalf of the citizens of Florida.

Lara’s practice focuses on civil litigation across Florida’s state and federal courts with an emphasis on residential and commercial property insurance and liability. She also represents clients in all aspects of appellate litigation, including preservation of issues in the trial court, petitions for extraordinary writs, direct appeals, and oral arguments. With significant experience in both trial and appeals, Lara approaches all aspects of litigation with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for her clients in the most expedient and cost-effective manner.

Lara’s attention to detail and practice and precision also extends to her favorite hobbies—baking and yoga. She also enjoys exploring her historic Old Seminole Heights neighborhood.
