Margaret focuses on insurance defense, personal injury, and premises liability, representing insurance carriers and private businesses in civil litigation in state and federal court. She also has experience representing general contractors and subcontractors, government entities, and private investors, both in state and federal courts and private arbitration.

Margaret was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and has been a New Orleans resident since 2006. Her favorite hobbies are reading, gardening, and spin. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Tulane’s Freeman School of Business, where she teaches management communication and legal writing.

  • Successfully excluded key opposing engineering experts in a construction defect coverage dispute.
  • Achieved a favorable settlement just before trial over control and ownership of a company developing a novel technology.
