Richard McCutcheon

OVERVIEW

Throughout his career, Richard has ensured that his clients receive dedicated, attentive, and sophisticated legal representation. For Richard, every client deserves individual, detailed focus with clear communication and expectations.

Prior to entering private practice, Richard worked for the United States Patent and Trademark Office as an Attorney-Advisor. During law school, he interned with the Department of Homeland Security, the United States Attorney’s Office, and Judge Michael H. Watson in the Southern District of Ohio. In addition to his varied law school experience, Richard served as an Online Editor for his school’s law review, the Ohio State Law Journal. Richard now focuses his practice on real estate and commercial litigation.

Born in Houston, but raised in Michigan, Richard combines the culture of the South and Midwest. In his free time, Richard enjoys cooking, drink-making, writing, weightlifting, and traveling to new places.
