McKenzie Brown partners with and builds lasting relationships with her clients, working together to develop the best defense and to surpass their business objectives. As an insurance defense attorney, she implements a vigorous yet practical approach to all matters, focusing on early and thorough factual investigation and assessment of liability and exposure. McKenzie understands her clients’ industries, businesses, concerns, and values, working diligently to deliver result-driven representation.

McKenzie focuses her practice on defending all types of personal injury matters, including auto, trucking, products liability, premises liability, and maritime and oilfield incidents. She has experience in representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation matters. Additionally, McKenzie has expertise in representing commercial clients in property and business disputes. Clients trust her to obtain favorable results in the boardroom and in the courtroom.

A native Texan, McKenzie was born in Lubbock, raised in Corsicana, and now practices in Dallas. When not advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family – her husband, Trevor, their children, Cooper and Harper, and their rescue dogs, Ruby and Riley.
