OVERVIEW
A great believer in client service, Mikeyia Dawkins communicates effectively and efficiently with clients to aid them in the litigation process.
Mikeyia focuses her practice in the areas of healthcare, insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, and professional liability. Prior to joining Galloway, Mikeyia served as Assistant District Attorney for Harris County, where she litigated as First Chair on multiple trials on behalf of The State of Texas. Mikeyia has tried nearly 40 cases, and handled hundreds of matters that settled outside the courtroom.
In addition to being an experienced litigator, Mikeyia is a certified Mediator, and has obtained specializations in HR & Employment mediations, and Advanced Family Law.
In her spare time, Mikeyia is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and enjoys participating in community outreach programs.
