Sam also emphasizes the importance of serving his clients on a personal level, understanding that not every client’s needs or concerns are the same.

Sam’s practice areas have been focused on premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defect claims, professional liability, first-party property claims, and civil rights actions. He is licensed to practice law in all Florida state Courts and in the United States District Court for The Middle District of Florida. Prior to serving as a civil defense attorney, Sam began practicing law as a state prosecutor, initially serving in Florida’s Third Judicial Circuit (specifically serving in Columbia County), followed by serving in Florida’s Seventh Judicial Circuit (specifically serving in Volusia County and St. Johns County). As a prosecutor, Sam tried numerous jury trials arising out of both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Sam was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is the son of a retired Jacksonville Fire Rescue Chief. He is one of five siblings and he is an uncle to eight beautiful nieces and nephews. As a Jacksonville resident, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, kayaking, and watching Florida Gator football.
