Colin Parker’s career as a competitive athlete taught him how to think quickly, develop novel and effective strategies, and how to always provide the best at all times. He believes in building strong relationships with his clients through candid communication. He accomplishes this by setting reasonable, achievable expectations and always aiming to representing his clients’ needs.

Colin started his career as a transactional and compliance attorney working for a large multi-national corporation. While this gave him a good sense of the needs and practical considerations of the corporate client, it wasn’t long before he discovered that his competitive personality was better suited to the more dynamic world of litigation. His current practice primarily focuses on defense work in matters involving wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. He has defended a wide range of clients, including property investment and management groups, oil & gas companies, nationwide retailers, major professional sports teams, multinational corporations, small businesses, and individuals.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Colin has traveled all across the United States having lived in Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, and Houston. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, photography, and spending time with my wife, son, and daughter.

Representative Matters

  • Achieved a total dismissal of claims seeking upwards of $250,000,000 in favor of a client private equity group.
  • Achieved a favorable settlement for a major national retailed in a multi-plaintiff personal injury suit.
