  • Obtained a favorable verdict in an arbitration against an employer as a result of an alleged workplace injury. Claimant asked for an award of more than $1,500,000.
  • Obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial against a small business in a lawsuit alleging defects related to construction of a pool in a residential property.
  • Obtained summary judgments in various matters, including contract disputes, construction defect, and premise liability, in both State and Federal courts.
