Whitney focuses her practice on matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and construction defects, and defending insurance companies in such matters as state workers’ compensation claims, federal Defense Base Act claims, and subrogation matters. Whitney has also obtained favorable decisions following state administrative trials and has experience in dispute resolution, hearings/briefs, and depositions.

Whitney is a native of Beaumont, Texas. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, serving as a lector of her church, working out, dancing, music, playing sports, reading, wine and whiskey tasting, and traveling. An advocate for justice, Whitney also enjoys teaching mock trial to junior high students with the Houston Bar Association, judging law school mock trial competitions, and volunteering in her community individually and with associated organizations, always advocating for those who are unable to do so for themselves.
