Kirsten

Kirsten’s attention to detail allows her to take a proactive approach with her cases and work towards the most efficient and effective case resolution for her clients. Kirsten also believes in clear and consistent communication with all those involved. She prides herself in staying connected with her clients to ensure they feel as little stress as possible throughout the litigation process. Communication with opposing counsel allows Kirsten to foster relationships which, in turn, allows her the opportunity to achieve better results for her clients.

Kirsten’s practice focuses on civil litigation. She has over ten years of experience handling premises liability cases, as well as trucking and transportation cases.

Kirsten was born on a U.S. military base in Germany and raised in Connecticut. She attended American University in Washington, D.C., as an undergraduate, where she was a part of the D1 women’s tennis team. Kirsten moved to Florida in 2007 to attend the Florida International University Law School, and, learning that she loved not having to shovel snow, made Florida her home. When not working, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family, and her two Australian Shepherds, Bodhi and Maverick. She also enjoys gaming and collecting Lego sets.

  • Achieved a defense verdict in a trucking case involving significant injuries and medical bills
  • Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a condominium association in a case wherein it was alleged that the condominium association had negligently maintained its roof
