Thank you for contributing your enthusiasm and energy to this year’s Making Strides event. You really helped make the event an amazing and memorable day for everyone involved! Without your help, the event wouldn’t have been the success that it was! Together, 8,300 walkers raised an incredible $205,000 at the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event in New Orleans this year!With Making Strides Against Breast Cancer being the kickoff for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we still have another $45,000 to go to reach our goal of $250,000. These funds are needed to ensure that ground-breaking research is still uncovering more information on how to cure this disease, and patients and survivors are given the programs and services they need. We can keep this number growing! All donations will help us make strides to end breast cancer. Your efforts are helping people stay well, get well, find cures, and fight back against breast cancer.
