Following his completion of the CLM 2011 Litigation Management Institute, GJTBS Director Lambert Hassinger (Joe) has earned the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP). That designation recognizes his understanding of and commitment to the business of managing litigation, as well as the value, skills and knowledge he brings to his business and client base.
The Litigation Management Institute is an intensive multi-day program hosted at Columbia Law School. The Council on Litigation Management presented executives with extensive litigation experience to share their insight into client relations, experience and confidentiality; reserving and data management; alternative fee arrangements; coverage perspectives; risk transfer; strategic implementation of the litigation management plan; resolution strategies, and document and file management.
