GJTBS directors Joe Hassinger and Phillip Howell will speak at the National Association for Youth Sports (NAYS) Youth Sports Conference in Orlando on December 2nd. Their presentation will address strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of claims.
They and colleagues will be appear as representatives of IALDA, the International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association, Inc., an international non-profit association of defense attorneys, operators, insurance representatives, experts and others whose mission is to promote and protect the legal interests of the amusement, recreation and leisure industries. IALDA provides a forum for members to exchange information, share experiences and develop common discovery, safety and litigation strategies. IALDA also operates as a clearinghouse for speakers and authors on industry-specific topics and educational seminars. www.ialda.org.
