NRRDA Annual Conference a Resounding Success!
The National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association held its third annual conference in San Diego February 22-24th. GJTBS Director Joe Hassinger was privileged to serve as the Conference Advisor – the member of the NRRDA Board of Directors responsible for organization and oversight of the Conference.
The Conference, chaired by NRRDA Member Ed Hochuli, was fantastic, says Hassinger. “It was well-organized, and featured an impressive slate of speakers who relayed practical and timely information. With 200 attendees this year, we are well on our way toward long-term success,” he adds.
The 2013 conference will be held in New Orleans in late-February. The dates and location will be announced shortly.
The National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association is an independent, non-profit networking association committed to developing strategies to reduce the number and severity of claims, managing common risks, and enhancing the defense position in litigated matters.
The association represents some of the largest national retail and restaurant chains in the country, and membership is strictly restricted to qualified retail and restaurant professionals, in-house counsel, insurance professionals, defense attorneys and vendors committed to the defense of both industries.
