Galloway Johnson is pleased to announce that Benjamin Zimmern has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Licensed in both Florida and Alabama, Ben has extensive experience representing companies and insurers in liability defense matters consisting mostly of personal injury defense, wrongful death defense, construction defect litigation, automotive and trucking claims, and employers’ liability. Ben is also skilled in handling first party defense and coverage work. An experienced litigator, Ben has tried five jury cases since January 2013, obtaining three defense verdicts. Ben is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), Northwest Florida Legal Services, and the American Inns of Court.
