The Human Rights Campaign Foundation recently cited Galloway Johnson as the top company in Louisiana with LGBT-friendly policies. The firm is one of just three companies in the state that appear in the foundation’s annual Corporate Equality Index.
Galloway Johnson earned a score of 90 percent (out of one hundred) for its dedication to this important human rights issue. The organization’s criteria for the index included non-discrimination policies, benefits, public commitment to LGBT equality and responsible corporate citizenship.
