New Orleans Director Kathleen Charvet to Present at the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute and Maritime Law Association's 50-Year Reunion

Kathleen K. Charvet, a Director in the New Orleans office, is presenting at the 50th Year Reunion of the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute and Maritime Law Association’s program held in New Orleans on October 26th through October 28th. Ms. Charvet’s presentation is titled Gilding the Lily: The Genesis of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act in 1927, the 1972 Amendments, the 1984 Amendments, and the Extension Acts, and will also be considered for publication by the Tulane Law Review in the Spring/Summer 2017 edition. Her paper was co-authored with Heather W. Angelico and Michael T. Amy; both of the New Orleans office.
