Pensacola Director Kellie Caggiano Announced as Speaker For The 2016 CLM Southwest Conference

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: (October 31, 2016) – The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) is pleased to announce Kellie Caggiano, Attorney, will be speaking on “Determining Liability Associated with Fire Sprinkler Systems Failures.”  This summit will be held on November 3-4 at the Westin Dallas Downtown in Dallas, TX.

Kellie Caggiano is a Director with Galloway Johnson and has spent 14 years practicing law with some of the largest insurance defense firms in the state of Florida. Ms. Caggiano’s practice areas include liability defense, consisting mostly of construction law and professional liability.  However, she also has significant experience in wrongful death defense; personal injury defense; automotive and trucking litigation; premises liability and employers’ liability cases, as well as first-party insurance defense and coverage work.

Kellie’s construction litigation practice focuses on defending alleged defect claims on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, as well as defending those professionals against personal injury claims arising out of construction projects. Kellie’s professional liability practice includes defending all types of professionals including architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, insurance agents as well as brokers.

Kellie has substantial experience handling cases from inception through trial where clients are facing substantial exposure. Courtroom and trial experience has allowed Kellie to understand complex legal and factual issues as well as understand technical issues her clients specialize in, thereby creating a successful litigation and trial strategy.
