In a rather unusual suit involving six defendants and three separate lots, the Firm’s Lafayette Office was successful in quieting title to the property subject only to our client’s first-priority mortgage. The Court granted summary judgment despite multiple oppositions and a last minute request for a continuance by newly retained counsel. The Court’s decision was based on the clear and convincing arguments within the Firm’s memoranda, along with the insurmountable amount of evidence in support of those arguments.
