Galloway has received a near-perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s 19th edition of the Corporate Equality Index and has ranked among the best places to work for LGBTQ people. The Human Rights Campaign, the U.S.’s biggest LGBTQ advocacy organization, based its ratings on companies’ performance in four areas: widely applied nondiscrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ employees and their families, cultivation of an inclusive culture, and strong corporate social responsibility practices.
