Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith attorneys Autumn George and Doris Bobadilla will present at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) 2025 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Their session will be Monday, October 20, at 5:00 p.m.
As the modern workforce evolves, companies are managing increasingly diverse multi-generational legal teams. With Gen Z entering the professional community, this session will explore how generational differences among Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z impact communication preferences and office dynamics, particularly in hybrid and remote settings. Attendees will explore practical solutions for bridging generational gaps, fostering productive work environments, improving productivity, and supporting employee well-being.
Join Autumn and Doris in their session for a lively look at each generation — you may even pick up Gen Z lingo while gaining actionable insights and real-world approaches to managing multi-generational legal teams effectively.
