It was all in a day’s work for transportation and insurance defense attorney Jordan White. An associate in our Dallas office, Jordan recently secured two favorable outcomes in two different cases on the same day.
In an insurance matter, Jordan obtained a positive settlement in a cybersecurity claim before going to trial. In this case, Galloway represented an IT security company where the claimant was seeking subrogation damages for a ransomware attack on their servers. Our client was very pleased with the favorable amount for settlement. Effective communication and timely responsiveness were implemented throughout the process to lead to this result.
As a transportation defense attorney, Jordan and the Galloway team represented a car dealership and the employees who sold a vehicle to the Plaintiff. A motion for summary judgment was granted based on our affirmative defense of release. In the same lawsuit, Jordan had previously obtained a dismissal of claims against our client’s employees in their individual capacities. The motion for summary judgment resulted in the dismissal of all remaining claims against the dealership, effectively dismissing the case. Jordan implemented a detailed strategy to deliver results, and the full dismissal proved the strategy successful.
Jordan recently celebrated his first year on the Galloway team. What drew him to our firm was a desire to break from the “turn and burn,” isolating atmosphere at other firms. At Galloway, Jordan has found a collaborative and supportive environment where he has the resources and tools to succeed. As his “good day” shows, Jordan and Galloway go way above and way beyond for each other and our clients.
