Ben Zimmern of the firm’s Pensacola office has been appointed by city council to serve on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Gulf Breeze. The board consists of seven members, each appointed by city council. The board of adjustment is charged with evaluating requests for special exceptions and variances to the land development code and to grant special exceptions or variances with appropriate conditions and safeguards, or to deny special exceptions or variances when not in harmony with the purpose and intent of the land development code.
