On September 26, 2013, Larry Canada and Kathryn Breard Platt will speak at the 2013 MS Section ASCE Meeting in Tunica, Mississippi. This is their second year as speakers at the annual meeting, and this year they will present a program entitled “Disability Laws Related to Construction Design: Lessons for Design Professionals”. The program will review the handling of ADA and FHA claims from the first contact through final disposition, as well as the applicability of the FHA and ADA, their guidelines and design manuals.
