Houston or The Woodlands, Texas: 

  • Associate attorney with 8+ years of multi-party litigation experience to join our expanding team in one of our offices located in Downtown Houston or in The Woodlands. Experience with one or more of the following areas is preferred: general liability, personal injury and wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, trucking and commercial transportation, class action, toxic tort and/or maritime law.
  • Associate attorney with 1-3 years of maritime insurance defense litigation experience. Strong writing skills are required.
  • Associate attorney with 4+ years of complex litigation experience including wrongful death cases, multi-party personal injury claims, and lawsuits arising from drilling operations, industrial operations and general maritime law.

Dallas, Texas: 

  • Associate attorney with 8+ years of multi-party litigation experience to join our Dallas office. Experience with one or more of the following areas is preferred: general liability, commercial, wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, trucking and transportation, class action, toxic tort and/or maritime law. Significant deposition experience is preferred. Experience mentoring and training associate is a plus.
  • Associate attorney with 1+ years of experience or new graduate with strong writing skills and academics to join general defense litigation practice.

Jacksonville, Florida: 

  • Associate attorney with 1-5+ years of defense litigation experience to join our small and collegial team. Experience handling insurance defense, personal injury and premises liability is preferred. We have a wide variety of cases in this office including trucking and transportation litigation and several wrongful death cases. While the majority of our work is personal injury based, we do offer potential opportunities to engage in numerous other areas of law including: first-party insurance, professional liability, zoning and land use disputes, construction defect litigation, contract disputes, homeowners’ association disputes and product liability claims.

Lafayette, Louisiana: 

  • Associate attorney with 3-6+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience to join our team. We offer a diverse mix of practice areas including trucking, maritime, products and premises liability, construction defect, employment law and professional liability. Deposition experience is preferred.

Mandeville or New Orleans, Louisiana:

  • Associate attorney with 5-20+ years of insurance coverage experience. This role is flexible as part or full-time (hourly or salary) and can be structured as in office or fully remote for out of state candidates with an active Louisiana Bar license.
  • Associate attorney with 1-5 years of defense litigation experience to join our Mandeville, Louisiana based team. This candidate may sit in either our Mandeville or New Orleans office. Experience handling personal injury, property damage and first party insurance claims is preferred. Opportunity for some remote hybrid role is possible.
  • Associate attorney with potential for in state or out of state (fully remote) candidates with some combination of at least two licenses in Louisiana, Texas, Florida, Mississippi or Alabama is preferred. Willingness to become licensed in a second state if applicant currently has only one license will be considered. Defense litigation and strong writing skills are required. Applicant should have some combination of experience in one or more practice areas including employment law, premises liability, general casualty, workers’ compensation and/or insurance coverage. Will also consider applicants with 3-5 yrs. of employment and general liability defense experience and a Louisiana license.
  • Associate attorney with 5+ years of multi-party litigation experience with one or more of the following areas of experience preferred: general liability, personal injury and wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, trucking and commercial transportation, class action, toxic tort and/or maritime law. Applicants should have deposition experience and have some experience handling files from start to finish.

Gulfport, Mississippi:

  • Associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience handling longshore and workers’ compensation matters, including both federal and state workers’ compensation litigation. Deposition experience is preferred. Candidates should also have strong client interaction skills.

Mobile, Alabama:

  • Associate attorney with 2-5+ years of defense litigation experience to join our dynamic team in Mobile, Alabama. Experience with some combination of medical malpractice, professional liability, and/or construction defect is preferred.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida:

  • Associate attorney with 5+ years of wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense experience to join practice with very unique and interesting cases. Some construction defect experience is a plus but not required. Billable hour experience is preferred.
  • Associate attorney with 2-5+ years of first-party property and insurance defense litigation experience to join very collegial team.

Tampa, Florida:

  • Associate attorney with 2 or more years of first-party property insurance litigation experience.
  • Associate attorney with 2-6+ years of general liability, premises and/or commercial trucking and transportation litigation experience. Strong writing skills are preferred.

Pensacola, Florida:

  • Associate attorney with 3-7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience taking depositions, attending hearings, writing client reports and discovery is required. Practice areas for this position are mainly insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, workers’ compensation and first-party insurance claims.

Atlanta, Georgia:

  • Associate attorney with 2-5+ years of defense litigation experience for a position located in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta. Position will require drafting motions and deposition summaries. Some trucking and commercial transportation defense experience is preferred but not required. Very small and collegial team with strong mentorship and training. Billable hour experience is also preferred.
  • Associate attorney with 7+ years of general litigation experience coupled with strong client maintenance and client development experience. Trucking defense litigation is preferred but not required. Position is located in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta..
