Court grants injunction against the Office of Administration on a public bid dispute

In a public bid protest, a Louisiana state court granted an injunction against the State of Louisiana, Office of Administration, prohibiting the State from rejecting the lowest bid of a construction contractor based on alleged irregularities in the contractor’s submitted bid form.
