Andrew Freibert has joined the Jacksonville office as a commercial litigator and trusted business partner for corporations facing complex legal challenges in Florida. With a strong foundation in litigation, contracts, and business disputes, he excels at crafting tailored legal strategies that align with each client’s unique goals, whether through preventive counsel, negotiation, or courtroom representation.
Andrew is a native of Lexington, Kentucky, who enjoys good company and live music when not advocating for clients.
In Gulfport, Joseph Gerache focuses on Longshore and worker’s compensation and creates meaningful professional relationships with people and businesses in Mississippi. His previous experience includes both workers’ compensation and local government matters. Joseph dives deep into each matter, learning the issues from top to bottom.
Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children, and their dog, Charlie, in coastal Mississippi.
Megan Jackler is an immigration attorney and litigator who brings her expertise gained through years of public service to partner with corporations and businesses in protecting their interests and achieving their objectives. Practicing in Galloway’s New Orleans and Mandeville offices, she focuses on litigation and immigration as an analytical problem solver who approaches each matter with critical and “outside the box” thinking, collaboration, and compassion.
Outside of her practice, Megan enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, and playing the ukulele.
Also in the Mandeville office, Shelia Tolar is a defense attorney who partners with clients to achieve their business and legal goals. Prior to practicing law, she worked for a shipbuilder and gained valuable experience and expertise on challenges faced by businesses and corporations. Shelia handles each matter with meticulous attention and strategic approach, carefully piecing together the details and facts to reveal the full picture of a positive outcome for her clients.
Shelia grew up in southern Mississippi before making New Orleans home, where she enjoys reading across genres, live music, and festivals of all kinds.
