Whether Kathryn is defending a client in large, complex construction litigation or representing a client in a small collections matter, she provides the representation that she would expect from a lawyer. Kathryn understands the importance of keeping clients informed while developing an aggressive path to success. Since joining Galloway Johnson in 2005, Kathryn has represented large corporations, small businesses, insurance companies, and individuals throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.

Austin Moretz has developed a practice which provides an effective and efficient service for the resolution of his client’s legal needs. His practice demonstrates the importance of keeping the client informed and in control while timely accomplishing each of the client’s goals. During her years as an insurance adjuster, she primarily concentrated on first party property claim investigations and coverage analysis in addition to oversight and management of claims and insurance carrier accounts. Maggie is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Prior to joining the Tampa office of Galloway Johnson, she began her practice focusing solely on insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on sinkhole matters. She has participated and presented at numerous seminars and round table discussions on general claims handling as well as sinkhole claims handling. She currently serves as an attorney member on the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
