Galloway Johnson Tompkins Burr & Smith attorneys in the firm’s Gulfport office were granted summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Director Matthew Williams, Special Counsel Susan Bruhnke, and Associate Clayton Welch delivered result-driven representation for our client, a manufacturer of a talcum-based body product.
In this mass tort product liability case, the Plaintiffs claimed their deceased father developed mesothelioma and died as a result of exposure to our client’s product. Matthew, Susan, Clayton, and the Galloway team used key defensive strategies during discovery and motions which led to the dismissal of claims against our client with prejudice.
Our experienced product liability attorneys understand that when broadly marketed and similar products are in use, each product liability case has the potential to set a dangerous precedent and cause enormous exposure. Galloway has the experience, expertise, and strategic approach to litigation so that our clients can pursue favorable results that protects their business.
Galloway attorneys have yet again gone way above and way beyond in class action and product liability litigation.
