Galloway Johnson Scores High in HRC's 2015 Corporate Equality Index

Galloway Johnson received a score of 90 (out of a possible 100) on the 2015 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices relating to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Galloway Johnson’s score reflects a commitment to LGBT workplace equality, with respect to tangible policies, benefits, and practices.

The 2015 CEI rated a total of 971 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community.
