In a lawsuit arising from a roller skater’s fall at our client’s skating rink, Galloway prevailed in a two-day, twelve-member jury trial. Tony Jones, a Director in our Atlanta office, tried the case.
Among other things, the plaintiff alleged that a dip in the floor of the skating rink caused him to fall. He also claimed that he had not skated at the rink for at least a year before the accident. At trial, however, the evidence and testimony showed the contrary. The jury, accordingly, rendered judgment in favor of our client.
