Pensacola Office Successfully Defends Property Case in Jury Trial

Attorneys Mike Grimley and Ben Zimmern from Galloway’s Pensacola office successfully defended a multi-million dollar paralysis case in Walton County, Florida. The Plaintiff claimed that our client failed to maintain its property causing him to fall and break his neck. The defense was able to establish for the jury that the Plaintiff was familiar with the area, appreciated the potential danger, and knowingly exposed himself to injury. Following a three day jury trial, the jury returned a complete defense verdict in favor of Galloway’s client.
