GJTBS Welcomes Jeffery Struckhoff to the New Orleans Office…

New Orleans, Louisiana (July 9, 2012) – Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith (GJTBS) is excited to announce the addition of Jeffrey B. Struckhoff as an Associate Attorney to its New Orleans, Louisiana office. 

Jeffery B. Struckhoff joined the New Orleans office of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith as an associate in 2012.  Jeff’s practice focuses primarily on construction law and defect litigation, premises and product liability, general commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense litigation, and admiralty/maritime litigation.  Jeff has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, and has represented clients before Louisiana Appellate Courts, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

After earning a Bachelors degree in Political Theory and a Masters degree in English Literature from Louisiana State University, Jeff earned his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2005.  While at Loyola, Jeff served as Casenote / Comment Editor of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law, and externed for the Honorable Stanwood R. Duval, Jr., Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Jeff is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.  Jeff is married to Amanda Parker Struckhoff, and they have two beautiful daughters, Emelia and Ava.
