Crisis Management – A Legal Perspective

This seminar will address the legal aspects of crisis management, including crisis communication, preservation of evidence, dealing with local, state and federal authorities, handling staff issues, adverse publicity, experts and preparing for potential litigation. The session is presented by experts who are active members and supporters of both IAAPA and IALDA (International Amusement & Leisure Defense Association).

IALDA, the Intl Amusement and Leisure Defense Association (www.ialda.org) is an international non-profit association of defense attorneys, operators, insurance representatives, experts and others whose mission is to promote and protect the legal interests of the amusement, recreation and leisure industry. IALDA provides a forum for members to exchange information, share experiences and develop common discovery, safety and litigation strategies. IALDA also operates as a clearinghouse for speakers and authors on industry-specific topics and educational seminars.
