As an experienced litigator and advocate, Donald has a deep understanding of his clients’ needs. Whether the best strategy results in an early settlement, summary judgment, or a time in front of a judge, Donald’s clients appreciate his legal and business knowledge and successful track record.

Donald has a rich background, including an extensive history of working efficiently and effectively with Longshore clients. One of his key practice areas includes workers’ compensation, both federal and state, and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Comp Section of the Mississippi Bar.  Donald is also an approved mediator for the Mississippi Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section.

Donald and his wife have two children and live in Pass Christian, Mississippi where he is civically active. He previously served as Alderman for the City of Pass Christian for six years and was serving at the time Hurricane Katrina struck. He was significantly involved in the post-Katrina rebuilding of his hometown.
