Joe Hassinger is privileged to serve as an adjunct professor at Tulane Law School for the Spring 2020 semester! Joe will serve as an instructor in Tulane’s course on Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy. “Effective negotiation and mediation advocacy are essential skills in modern litigation,” Joe explains. “Over 95% of cases resolve before trial. And most resolve by mediation. Why? Because with a skilled mediator, the parties can discover and craft the win/win solution. Thus, to adequately represent clients in litigation, a lawyer must master negation and mediation skills. Professor Gabe Feldman and our other adjunct professors are leaders in the field, so I am honored to teach a most important course alongside them.”
