Atlanta is Galloway’s tenth office, and for fifteen years, we’ve served clients operating throughout Georgia. We’re in Sandy Springs, a vibrant part of the greater Atlanta metro area that is just north of Buckhead. Though the city’s pace is fast, we always make time to celebrate our team. Rich in Southern hospitality, our region regularly hosts national and international events, and we focus on championing our community. Our role extends beyond individual matters to becoming trusted partners, gaining an understanding of their business so we can anticipate their needs.
Galloway is committed to being an integral part of the diverse local community in Atlanta. We take great pride in being affiliated with influential organizations, including the Truckload Carriers Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and the American, Federal and State Bar Associations.
A focal point of our Atlanta office is Georgia motor carrier defense, commercial auto claims, catastrophic injury defense, and Atlanta trucking defense. We additionally handle insurance defense, premises liability, construction litigation, medical malpractice defense, and workers’ compensation defense. Our attorneys practice before the Fulton County State Court, the Northern District of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and DeKalb County State Court.
Our commitment to the community goes beyond legal practice, as we actively support many non-profit organizations such as Goodwill of North Georgia, Hands on Atlanta, Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and many more. Outside of the office, the Galloway team enjoys rallying behind the Braves, Hawks, and Falcons, attending theater performances or art exhibitions, exploring Gwinnett County and Cobb County, and volunteering their time with non-profits to help improve the quality of life for everyone.
