- Coordinating and collaborating with Galloway business attorneys in assisting corporate clients in opening a new office, such as creating a new U.S. company, aiding in finding commercial space, employment law issues, and immigration issues.
- Determining which visa is most appropriate and obtaining non-immigrant visas, including B1, B2, F, H-3, J, L, M, O, P, Q, and R visas
- Working with eligible participants in the Visa Waiver Program for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa.
- Assisting with applicable paperwork for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State.
- For eligible foreign nationals wishing to become U.S. citizens, assist in obtaining Legal Permanent Residence, commonly known as the “Green Card”
- For those eligible, assist with filing Naturalization N-400 to become full United States citizen
