Scott B. Mueller has been appointed to co-chair the 2014-2015 title litigation committee of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, also known as TIPS. Mueller will be responsible for editing publications and the committee’s newsletter. Mueller will automatically be appointed to chair the committee for 2015-2016.
