Katherine Currie Fallas serves clients from our Mandeville, Louisiana, office. Dedicated to conveying clear solutions to her clients with a tenacious advocacy inside and out of the courtroom, she provides concise, well-reasoned defensive strategies and keeps her clients well-informed throughout the litigation process. Katherine’s defense practice primarily focuses on the transportation industry and general litigation.
Madeline Smith Hebert provides result-driven representation in the firm’s Houston, Lafayette, and New Orleans offices. Francis focuses his practice on the defense of cases arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA), Defense Base Act (DBA), Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA), Federal Employer Liability Act (FELA), admiralty and maritime law, employment discrimination, and the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Act.
